Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the start time. Early Bookings: There are no specific limits on how early clients can book, although availability agendas range on the 3-5 months space range Late Bookings: The latest clients can book is 14 hours before the start time. Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Fees will be applied to cancelled sessions and no-shows. Clients will be charged cancellation and no-show fees according to the set timeline and corresponding fees, these fees start 72 hrs. previous to the start date, for an amount of 72 EUR. Payment Details: Clients are required to provide their payment information for each booking, even if there is nothing to pay online. Clients purchasing a membership or package while booking a service will be asked to provide payment information twice but will only be charged once. This policy ensures a smooth and fair process for booking, payment, and cancellations, providing clarity and convenience for both clients and service providers.
